Pure light
The dramatic line of light cutting across this unfinished wall appears to have both an upward and a downward origin. On the one hand resembling a lightning bolt as drawn by a child, at the same time its twisting column replicates the forms of the trees visible through the mud-spattered window, as though the trunks have been translated into pure light.
