John Pawson

For the past few years, the office has
been working on the design of a new
W Hotel for a site in the old port city
of Jaffa, scheduled to open in 2015.
On June 3, the project launched to the
press, with celebrations taking place
within a nineteenth-century hospital 
building whose restored fabric will form
a key element of the finished architecture.
