Work is advancing on this former threshing barn on the Oxfordshire-Gloucestershire border. There has to be a degree of simplification and there are interventions that are necessary to make the structure comfortable by contemporary standards, but all this has to be achieved without losing what was visually, spatially and atmospherically exhilarating about the site at the beginning of the process.
